Pastor Luke and Brittany came to Hopewell in September 2020. Luke has a Master of Arts in Ministry Leadership degree from Moody Theological Seminary. He previously served as the Executive Pastor for four years, at Summerville Family Worship Center, in Summerville, SC. Before working as an Executive Pastor, he taught Bible and was the Athletic Director at Faith Christian School, in Summerville, SC. Luke has a passion for equipping people to use their giftings and strengths, to further the Kingdom of Heaven. Brittany has a Master of Education in School Counseling degree from The Citadel. She worked as a school counselor to elementary and middle school students, in the Berkeley County School District, for 7 years. She also served as the Worship Leader at Summerville Family Worship Center. Luke and Brittany are excited to minister at Hopewell Baptist Church and see what God has in store for this church and community. They feel blessed to raise their children, John and Adeline, in such a beautiful area.
